We purchase all of pancake mix and a variety of muffin mixes here and here alone. Their flour is ground from Red Turkey Wheat nearly daily. We have found their buckwheat pancakes to be the best, but try all of the mixes. The muffins are excellent and not super sweet and the brownies are my favorite. Its a step back in time where you will find some gift items as well.

Lehi Roller Mills has a rich tradition of milling locally grown grains. This once family owned mill has seen it's ups and downs. Under new management it has recently installed new mills. The Roller Mills contract with farmers and do mostly organic milling and sell flour to CA, OR, and WA in bulk. The flour is amazing quality and local businesses rely upon it for their products (like Kneaders Bakery).

Our family enjoys the pancake and muffin mixes. Hard to go wrong.

PS - My son did his Eagle Scout Project in writing a book about the Roller Mills - so you could say I am biased towards this wonderful community asset.

We've been going here for years. It's a little pricey but a great place to pick up an easy gift. People like to receive the mixes from here. In the area they have a pretty good reputation. Their sales are especially good :-)

While traveling in northern Arizona, we came across a breakfast place that served some of the best multigrain oatmeal that we've ever had. When pressed, they told us to go to Lehi, Utah and visit the Roller Mills Granary where we might be able to buy it. We went and immediately fell in love with the building - it is astonishingly beautiful. Apparently, it is one of the oldest still working granaries in Utah, originally built in 1906.. There's a good story online about its history. It has a few postcards and information in the store and they also sell the products that they mill on site. It is very similar to Wheat Montana up in Three Forks, montana. A fun place to look at and some good product. We lugged a 25 pound bag of the 6 grain cereal back to Seattle with us, safely seat belted into the back seat of our rental car.
