Dinner was great but service a little slow. We went early to miss the crowds. Place was fairly empty & we still was there 1 1/2 hrs.

Early Lunch with husband so restaurant wasn’t busy yet. Our waiter did double duty as bartender too. He was attentive with no worries from us. Always have loved the restaurant’s interior
“... French limestone floors, then we throw in some Egyptian columns, Victorian beadboard wood paneling” says Rich McCormack, restaurant designer. A job well done.

In the years, I’ve visited I always enjoy my meals or decadent desserts. It’s always a winning combination. I highly recommend a visit.

This was our first visit to this restaurant, but was suggested by friends meeting us for dinner. Their menu is a little overwhelming, and came with an inserted 'skinny' menu, too. We had a wonderful waitress, Kiera, that took care of us, and stayed with us as we had to move from outdoor seating to indoor, due to imminent weather. Our group had a variety of selections, including soft tacos, chicken pot pie, salmon, cheeseburger spring rolls, stuffed mushrooms, and cheese cake. We got there at 6pm on a Sunday evening, and were seating without a wait. We elected to be seated outside, because it was much more comfortable to talk and catch up, without the 'croud' noise inside.
Due to imminent weather, we moved inside. Kiera was there, stayed with us through the evening. Our entrees ranged from $13-20. I had cheesecake, but didn't think it was worth $7.95 each. Drinks were $3.25, regardless of tea, softdrinks, or coffee....they add up. I loved my chicken soft tacos, and would get them again. Thanks Kiera for taking such good care of us.

I remember a time when The Cheesecake Factory was more upscale than it now and served food that was at least edible and had clean floors and silverware. Unfortunately, this is not the case anymore and we will not be coming back to eat at this establishment anymore even if the food was free. My wife and I had a gift certificate and came here one Sunday evening for dinner. As soon as we stepped inside the restaurant, we could immediately feel the stickiness of the floors. I wonder when's the last time they gave the floors a good cleaning because the previous time we were here (maybe 1 year ago), the floors were the exact same. When we were escorted to our table, we saw how filthy the silverware and glasses were and how there were trash on the table. This should have been a sign for us to leave but we didn't want to put our gift card to waste. We ordered a steak and a pasta. The steak, while cooked nicely to medium-rare, must have been the worst cut of "choice" meat that was not seasoned enough. Bland, tough and almost inedible. The pasta my wife order was worse. The pasta tasted like mush which I can only assume was left-over pasta from previous nights, refrigerated/frozen and heated back to be served for next day's service. Two bites of that horrifying dish and we were done. Redeeming themselves may take a change in management and re-training/hiring new staff which I'm highly doubtful. In the time being, I'd stay away from this establishment. If poor cleanliness and serving old food is the norm now, it's only a matter of time someone will get sick.

Came in 15 minutes before close and they were all just as nice as they could be. The server (Gerald) knows his stuff and is excellent. The other staff, all very attentive etc. Gerald knew the menu backwards and forwards, explained it well, the place is clean and the food is everything you would expect at a Cheesecake Factory
