“Loved TRG.”

My wife and I stayed here from the 20th-27th Mar 2016.What a beautiful apartment and maintained to such a high standard, it really was a home from home.We can only agree with all the positive comments in the other reviews.Water cooler/dispenser was a real plus and the bottle of wine in the fridge was a lovely touch. We did not use the kitchen but it seemed to have everything anyone would need.
TRG is in a great location, beside the beach (literally) and close to a great selection of restaurants. Our only very very minor quibble is the the lovely private terrace only got the sun from about 11am to 2pm,but it was not an issue as there was never a problem getting a sunbed on the lovely sun deck area in the complex, even though it was Easter time and the complex was very busy.Have to mention Alex the owner,he was a pleasure to deal with and so helpful. We would not hesitate to book here again.

“Fantastic studio apartment”
Reviewed 14 March 2016 for a stay in March 2016

Absolutely loved this apartment. It's location is second to none, literally 30 seconds to the beach and closest restaurants. Excellent facilities, lovely modern kitchen and bathroom.Big TV. Liked the sliding particians to seperate the sleeping areas, even has a water cooler/dispenser. Private terrace with sun loungers (no view but we found this gave more privacy). Alex, the owner was also a pleasure to deal with. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
Thanks Alex
Phil and Vicky

“Great”

Spent 4th Jan until 11th Jan 2016 here. We love the Royal gardens anyway so actually getting into this complex was great as its really difficult unless you book well in advance. We were surprised at the size of the room when we walked in. So much bigger than we thought. Everything is new and looks great. Was also Spotless on arrival. I think more storage for clothes would be great but it's not a major problem. We got the sun on balcony from around 10:15 for over an hour but after that, that's your lot. Has a washing machine on balcony which was fab, helped a lot with having kids and swimming stuff covered in sand. Loved the sliding doors to separate the 2 rooms. The shower is fab! So powerful and hot and also has body jets. 2 sinks and a bidet too. Definitely book here again! Also comes with private wifi, works slowly but I wasn't here to use the wifi so again not a problem! Thanks Alex! Will book again

“Great location excellent complex and surprisingly big studio”
Reviewed 2 January 2016 for a stay in December 2015

We were apprehensive booking a studio thinking it may be tiny . The apartment is big with two separate sleeping areas and two very comfortable double beds. (one is a sofa bed but it converts into a very good double bed but it is very comfortable) . The sliding partitions are a clever feature and offer an element of privacy .Kitchen well equipped breakfast bar for 4 and a very nice bathroom with good shower . Free wi fi which was ok (bit hit and miss but ok ) and a small safe . The access to the sea and beach is literally 25 meters and the pool is very good and also very close . The only slight negative is is no view at all from the patio but apart from that this is a brilliant place to stay . The owners Kate and Alex were also very helpful .
We would stay here again . Its great to be within steps of bars restaurants and the beach and find a clean and well upgraded apartment .

“Excellently Positioned Apartment”
Reviewed 7 December 2015 for a stay in December 2015

This former studio has been very well upgraded and tastefully furnished and decorated to a high standard. The bathroom has a quality shower with good modern fittings. Overall the kitchen is well equipped with plenty of glassware and cooking equipment. The flat screen TV has plenty of channels. Our only niggle with the furnishings were that we felt it could do with the addition of some drawers for storing clothes as the wardrobes are on the small side and the shelves are very high. The patio is well furnished and is a nice area to sit although you do not have much of a view and only get the sun in the morning.
Overall the apartment is of a high standard and we found the owner helpful and easy to deal with.
The complex at Tenerife Royal Gardens is in a great position right on the promenade with plenty of bars and restaurants close by. It is also handy for the beach and the upmarket Safari Centre is within a five minute walk.
