Just back from a 2 week stay in this hotel and we've came home disappointed !! We paid extra at time of booking for a senator room and the room was spacious and had 2 double beds,but the rooms are tired and in need of a major face lift !! There was tiles missing off the wall in the bathroom floors were lifting and air-conditioning sounded like it was gonna take off some nights,entertainment wasn't great at all and if your half board a pint of beer is about 3.40 not bad at all if they had a selection but they don't only Sam Miguel some people like it I just dint but that's my opinion!! Now the food,we were half board so only had breakfast and lunch breakfast was a breakfast as it goes dinner was shocking it was nearly the exact same thing every night apart from a few different mates being live cooked !! I never complain about food in hotels but I thought I had tp give an honest opinion so other people can make their own mind up ! Hotel staff very friendly hotel clean and the roof terrace was nice with great views !! This was our 1st time in teneriffe and I can't see us going back any time soon !!

Very nice hotel a bit dated but really clean the cleaning staff were fab and some of the bar staff were lovley… the food was wdible but not nice. We were half board so ate out on an evening all in all a fab stay - mist have kids as there was hardly any adult entertainment. Rush for beds was annoying but not a sun bather so it didnt really matter.

getting a sunbed was a nightmare big queues early morning and stampede to get one
The lifeguard was strict spending all day squaring up the sunbeds rather than keeping an eye on the pool made me feel uncomfortable and not relaxed
I actually quite enjoyed the food it was tasty and plentiful with lots of choice and the snack bar at lunch by the pool was really nice too
i love omelettes however the chefs didn’t seem too happy making them even though i arrived early .they preferred making just the cheese and ham ones for everyone
just preference too on all inclusive i want to be looked after and waited on so didn’t like serving my self a gin and tonic etc at the bar like they have i expect that of soft drink and beer but didn’t want that of other spirits
overall the hotel was nice and great location but doubt we will be back due to the above
