We stayed in the studio apartment 3033 in the La Gomera building. First of all, communication with the owner was smooth and making the reservation was no problem. Instructions were then given and upon arrival everything about the apartment was as promised in the description.

If you have ever stayed in a room booked through through Parque Santiago III hotel, this studio is no different, apart from a somewhat better equipped kitchen. It offers the standard fitted kitchen, 90s looking bath and a nice living area. Everything was clean, everything worked and it didn't bother us at all that the decor is a bit dated.

A safety box is included in the base price, whereas cleaning and linen is not. We requested and paid for cleaning and linen change for the middle of our 7 days stay and were happy with the service provided.

As the studio description says, it faces the street looking out to PS IV. One flight of stairs from street level. It's a quiet and uneventful street, apart from the evenings between 20 and 23 when music sounds from a bar across the street. It didn't bother us, and the kids fell asleep just fine after long and playful days. The afternoon sun in the balcony was nice. The pool area is within a very short walking distance. Going across the street to the PS IV reception is a shorter walk than to the PS III reception, if you want to use the Internet.

We might very well try to book this apartment sometime in the future, or we might choose to pay a little extra to get a pool view or bigger apartment. It is a good option if what you're after is a decent place to stay, in a good location with access to a great swimming pool for the kids.

We have been staying at Parque Santiago 3 since it was built in the early 1990's and have never been disappointed by the resort, the apartments or the location; which is within a few yards of the rolling Atlantic ocean.

Studio 3152B is well located in a quiet spot with nice views to Mount Teide and the east, therefore getting the full morning sunshine to enjoy on the Balcony. The apartment is basic but comfortable and fulfils all of the needs required for a relaxing stay at the fabulous PS3 complex.

The only reason I have marked it down to 4 stars is that it is basic and even if we had to pay an extra £20 per week or so, I would have welcomed a cleaner to come in at least once during the week to give fresh towels and bed linen etc...

Great stay, you wont be disappointed.
