Just back from a great week in this villa!
Good size rooms and outside space overlooking pool. Pool and poolbar only a 30 sec walk and very reasonable prices in bar area which also serves fantastic food.
Beds made up on arrival, beach towels available to use, washing machine and drying area and everything you would need in a kitchen ie microwave, toaster etc. Lots of cutlery, glasses, crockery etc for all uses.
This villa is ideally situated for bars, restaurants, shops, beach and bus stop to water park just outside complex. The complex itself is gated which gives it a very 'safe' feeling.
Communication with owner was very good and would use again in future
Thank you Christine
This villa is in an excellent location in the middle of playa de las americas but it is very peaceful inside the complex. Communication with the owner was very good from booking right through to the time of our holiday. The villa has all the amenities you could need, the washing machine is handy. The patio area is a lovely space with sun all day and plenty of room for everyone to sit out. Would recommend a stay here and hope to book again in the future.
Tripadvisor, as you have pestered me to rate Paraiso Royal Villa - An Oasis in Playa de las Americas then I will say it as I found it. The positives are that the Villa was spacious as in the description and the sun terrace was nice which overlooked the unheated swimming pool, which was a nice outlook with a handy bar close by. The villa was well situated in the busy part of Las Americas with lots of restaurants and taverners nearby. Ideal. The negatives were: the walls of the property throughout were very very grubby with stains and black scuffs on the walls everywhere but only up to body height after that they were fine. I would say the walls of the property have not been painted for years. It would be good also if the plaster could be replaced where it is falling off. Also, the state of the fridge was unacceptable. The fridge was rusty inside and the white of the fridge was badly yellowing from age. I would say the same fridge has been in that property for at least 30 years if not more to be in that condition!! This is not what you would expect for the amount of money charged. Lastly, the television. This was non existent. Lots of different channels to choose from but none of them worked efficiently. The reception was appalling. The screen froze every 2 minutes therefore it was impossible to watch any program with enthusiasm we gave up in the end. The villa is advertised with a television but that is not really true is it? As I said, non-existent. I can see why the owners bring their own box when they stay. Sorry owner but the villa is in need of updating, what does it take to paint a wall and replace the ancient fridge, and also find a system with proper reception to be able to watch the television as it should be and I am sure your holidaymakers will give you five out of five every time, but, in this instance for the amount of money charged, the villa warrants a two star from me for the above reasons. We left the villa how we found it. I wonder if TripAdvisor will allow this rating to be published?
All six of us had a superb holiday at this villa, the facilities and location was outstanding especially the provision of 3 sets of keys. The owner Christine was very helpful with every little detail and prompt with replies every time.
No adverse comments whatsoever.
