Interaction with guests:Â All public areas of the pool and beach chairs and umbrellas are free. There is direct access to the garden area, the beach and inside the resort you come up with a few meters. From the balcony you can see all the common area, the pool, the beach and the sea. The pool has a children's area. Outside the complex you can park along the street and the square. The owner is always available for any information and recommend places to visit and good restaurants.

Tolles modernes Apartment direkt am Strand
Das Apartment ist sehr modern und freundlich eingerichtet und super ausgestattet: Neben allen gängigen Küchengeräten gibt es Gewürze, Essig, Öl und eine Auswahl an Tee und Kaffee; 2 Föns, Duschgel, Shampoo, Dusch- und Strandhandtücher stehen ebenso bereit wie Strandliegen, Schirme und Buddelzeug für den Strand. Spielzeug und allerlei Babyausstattung ist ebenfalls da. Auch Putzmittel, Spülmaschinentabs, Waschmittel etc. sind vorhanden. Die Apartmentanlage verfügt über einen Gemeinschaftspool, es sind nur wenige Schritte zum ruhigen Strand. Während unseres Aufenthalts gab es für den Pool Corona-bedingt ein Zeitfenstersystem (2 Stunden pro Tag), allerdings war der Pool vormittags meist komplett leer, so dass man ihn zu dieser Zeit auch außerhalb des Zeitfensters nutzen konnte. Drei Fußminuten entfernt ist ein kleiner Supermarkt, für den größeren Einkauf empfiehlt sich ein Auto. Die Vermieterin Lidia ist unglaublich nett und antwortet immer sofort auf alle Fragen und ist auch vor Ort ansprechbar. Wir können dieses Apartment sehr empfehlen!

Nice apartment, good host
Nice and clean, modern apartment near the sea. Good transports and fine walkways. Excellent host, everything was more than we expected.

Semplicemente unico!!!
È la seconda volta che torniamo.
L appartamento è unico elegante raffinato come sempre è pieno di tutti i confort .
Lidia è una magnifica padrona di cAsa sempre pronta a darti consigli per trascorrere una vacanza magnifica.
Abbiamo girato molto però credo che questo appartamento sia uno dei più belli di.Gran Canaria e anche il.complesso sulla spiaggia è uno dei pochi ad avere una locato così particolarè e riservata

A little peace of heaven, outstanding place , Beautiful location and excellent host.
Outstanding place, very stylish and the host was always on hand for advice , Our stay was two couples and a baby (18 months old) it was totally baby proof with even a baby monitor and all the toys and bedding provided. Quiet location with a quiet beach, lovely pool area and two restaurants, close to a bus stop and taxi rank however we hired a car and went on a 3min drive to the busier little town of St Augustine. The host really went above and beyond with the little touches we landed late and where left cheese / milk / juice ect and even shampoo and washing powder and conditioner if we needed to use the washing machine .Two hair dryers and straighteners and even beach towels where provided. Thanks again Lidia for an excellent stay and making Mias first holiday special

Beautiful apartment near the beach
The apartment is great and just like the pictures. The Sun Club complex is a very safe environment with a great pool and direct access to the beach. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a relaxing holiday. There are 2 supermarkets and a good beach restaurant nearby. If you want more entertainment there are buses and a taxi rank 2 minutes away. The hosts were very attentive and even offered to arrange a taxi to the airport.

Il miglior appartamento mai visitato prima.il posto è splendido e direttamente sulla spiaggia. Dal balcone si gode di fantastici tramnoti e albe sul mare e il suono delle onde in sottofondo allietano le tue giornate.
La struttura è sicura per i bambini pulita e ben mantenuta.
La piscina è pulita curata e provvista anche di lettini con idromassaggio.
La casa è unica elegante di design e accessoriata di tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno e anche di più
3 TV di cui 2 Smart TV WiFi veloce e illimitato, speackers, macchine caffè cappuccino lavastoviglie fondamentale per me in vacanza letti super comodi con doppio materasso e cuscini di tutti i tipi...etc....
Cosa volere di più da una vacanza?
Accanto al complesso troverai una stazione del bus super veloce e una stazione taxi 3 ristoranti e un piccolo supermercato .
Non vedo l ora di tornare e godere di nuovo di un posto fantastico e un clima unico al mondo.
Grazie alla proprietaria lidia che si è occupata di noi durante tutto il soggiorno Con la sua gentilezza e ottimi consigli.

This apartment is lovely and modern. On arrival it was spotlessly clean. The communication from Lidia was super before and during our stay. Although the pool was not heated it was still warm enough for the children to play in all day and for a good swim! We never had a problem getting a sunlounger, even though it was the Easter holidays and the pool was quiet most days. The apartment had all the facilities you could possibly need and the washing machine was very useful!

Fantastico
Fantastico appartamento di fronte al mare uno dei migliori se non il migliore appartamento che abbia mai visitato. Pulito elegante provvisto di tutti i comfort di cui avresti bisogno dura te una vacanza meglio di un hotel a cinque stelle. Ambiente tranquillo e padrona di casa eccezionale non potevano chiede di più.

Sono molto felice che avete apprezzato il mio appartamento e sopratutto che lo valutate come un hotel a 5 stelle. Questo mi ripaga di tutto il lavoro e la cura.che ce dietro le mie.case per far sì che non siano semplici case come tante ma un alternativa valida all all'hotel.
