Great time in portaventura excellent rides for kids like a paradise for the smaller children only thing I found wrong was queues very long on some of popular rides might be worth investing in the fast past tickets but overall really enjoyed it :)

We visited the theme park for the day as part of a three day deal. Once we arrived was very easy to gain entry and make your way into the park. Staff seemed very helpful as well from what I seen with people. The park it's self had loads of stuff to do everything from massive rollercoaster to kids rides and all inbetween. They also have shows on at different times through out the day. We visited they wild west stunt show which was fantastic and funny all rolled into one. The roller coasters are great fun and there really is lots to do that suits everyone and every age group. There is a selection of restaurants as well and smaller hotdog stands to grab a bite. This is the second time I have been and enjoyed my day there and would recommend to anyone to go and give it a try as it did have everything for everyone.

Park full of Spanish School kids on the day of our visit, which greatly reduced our access to the rides. They seemed to have no notion for waiting their turn, but queue jumped wherever they could. We only managed to get on to of the most popular rides.

It is easy to reach this theme park from Barcelona by train, either from Passeig de Gracia (L2/L3/L4) or Sants Estacio (L5). Park arrangement is annoying: Ferrari Land only has a about one good ride, yet it's a separate park with its own admission fee.

Prices for food and admissions are sky-high. Some of the roller coasters are actually pretty good, but require you to either queue in the excessive heat for 2 hours or buy an Express Pass for 30-40 euros. Simply put, this is a huge rip-off.

The parks themselves are nice and clean, but not on par with the Disneylands that we've visited in Asia. The funny thing is that all things considered, visiting a Disneyland is actually a lot cheaper than PortAventura!

I visited here with my friends and was not disappointed at all! It was easy catching a bus but they were always packed. We booked tickets with the 'Plana' but company before going and therefore made it easy for us to go in.
The park was filled with different themes such as 'china' and 'mexico' to suit every ride. There were 3 rides featuring water and were amazing to cool down. I found that there were many different rides to suit everyone. Some were extremely thrilling and different.
They offer different types of food in different sections of the park. We didn't buy fastpasses but we didn't really need them since the longest we stood in a queue was 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend buying a 2 day pass since we were rushing from one ride to another and didn't manage to go on all rides and unfortunately missed out on about 2 thrilling ones.
It offers rides for all the family and it is a very good attraction to visit!
