Front of hotel was being refurbished whilst we were there, but never bothered us.

Reception were efficient and friendly and we then waited patiently for the lift!

The room was clean, and had a small balcony with a sea and pool view. Bed was comfortable and shower / bathroom was fine.

Whilst we were there, I think all Spanish pensioners arrived! Which made it interesting at mealtimes as they move for no one! Food in the whole was very good, hot and a decent choice. Very Spanish, lots of pork and fish. Salad was fresh. Even the puddings were ok.

Most of the staff in the dining room were miserable, especially at the 'bar' where your drinks were just handed to you and then he just looked away! A few of the staff were the complete opposite and showed people to the tables and food etc.

We had a couple cocktails in the bar and they were lovely and strong!!!

Hotel is right next to the beach and quite a few bars/ restaurants. Sea life and harbour is a nice walk away, nicer to walk along the beach!

Wifi was hopeless in the hotel, we never paid for the premium. Wifi should be free and reasonable speed these days.

McDonald's on the corner has decent wifi and coffees for 1€

As it was mid December, the pool wasn't in use. But seemed a reasonable size with plenty of space for sunbeds. It would be completely different hotel during the summer.

All in all we enjoyed out visit.

paid £15 per night for hotel so did not expect a lot, when we got there there was building work going on and the hotel is in a back street behind mc donalds and I thought I had got it wrong In booking it.but when we got in it was very nice reception staff friendly ,check in was easy went up to room which was top floor near building work in room 704 the work was on the end of building (,I think they are fitting a new fire escape) anyway room 705 was the end room and that was left empty.our room was clean and tidy with a nice sea view .
we were half board and found the food to be as good as hotels I have paid a lot more for.
breakfast had it all ,proper sausages not the funny little german things and every thing else you could want ,evening meals were great roast meats inc pork, beef and chicken
choices of rice pots ect veg and Yorkshire puds ,sweets had ice cream jelly and cakes ect .I couldn't realy fault the food

Room Tip: rooms at back over look car park front over look pool but if you are above floor 5 you can see the sea from either side

This in an excellent hotel for the price and seems a lot better than 2 star. Rooms/bathrooms very clean and cleaners came everyday. We got breakfast included with our stay for the week for only €14 extra for the 3 of us and the selection was great. Perfect location with McDonald s and plenty of restaurants next door. The marina is only a 20 min walk away. If your looking to stay in this location this hotel is perfect and only half the price of the hotels nearby

I seriously don't know why so many negative comments. I was worried what we where getting ourselfs into. On arrival manager checked us in as his staff was on teabreak. He was very Curtis. Hotel very clean and maids daily. Reception order us taxis. We only did breakfast. But couldn't fault it. Was plentiful and hot. For the money we paid it was a fantastic stay
