As we arrived I asked whether the room is quite enough. It was said that yes. The room was on the street with cars, so you cannot open the window at all.
Than it was a problem with gym. You can do just nothing in gym - no weights and such a disgusting smell. I think they have a problem with sauna or steam bath (or with cleaning). We were trying to work out outside taking dumbbells. A few minutes after it came a woman from reception and forced to bring it back. We told that it was impossible to work out inside. But she was like “we clean it”. They sprayed a lot of lavender and that’s it. We were unable to keep on working out. It’s always such a pity when nobody tries to help you.
And the breakfast is very bad especially if you eat clean.

Nice not to big hotel with excellent breakfast, good beds and a good fibe. Bathroom is good with high waterpresure but showering in the bathtub is a bit out of date. Despite the pool is not that big it never felt crowdy. Almost no teenagers, most guest where young parents and couples. A coffee and the making facility in the room woud be nice and the website ( incl booking.com) didn't mentioned that the hotel is smoke free except for bar and restaurant. We've stayed in a junior suite but a never used the duplex, a double king room would fit the purpose. All rooms have views of the swimming pool or the golfcourse. Golfcourse view is tee box of hole 1 and behind that is the road to El Rompido and Heulva. We've played a round of golf on Nuevo Portils golfcourse but we didn't find it special. As we are a big fan of El Rompido golfcourse we've played also there. Both courses have very bad driving range balls, El Rompido charges 44€ for a buggy and 2,50€ for 20/25 driving range balls, too expensive.

This hotel is so relaxing we want to come back soon! The setting is such that you feel you are away from it all. It is so peaceful and the staff are very helpful and kind. The rooms are excellent and breakfast was as good as you can get!
The golf course is good fun with a nice variety of holes.
I am looking forward to staying again.

Room Tip: Facing the pool is best

We stayed in this hotel unfortunately only for one night during our travel from Sevilla to Lisbon. This is a great peaceful place with a nice garden. Hotel architecture is compatible with the nature. The hotel is located very close to the beach and it has a medium size nice pool in its garden. Rooms are very comfortable and the bathrooms are very cosy with its colors. Breakfast was one of the best that we had in South Europe with a variety of fresh and tasty choises and it is served in breakfast room which has also a nice terrace area. The only negative things that should be improved were the behaviour of staff and the limited room service menu. The staff was not rude but not too much willing and friendly. You can chose this hotel without too much thinking for a relaxing short holiday.

I spent here 2 nights but I wish I had stayed longer. Wonderful hotel immersed in nature with a beach right across the street. The room was very clean, spacious and tastefully furnished with a frigo bar and a nice private balcony. The entire structure was very quiet and ideal for a relaxing break, also the swimming pool area was quiet and the dinner area was located around it (if eating outside) or in a cozy living room if eating inside. The dinner was very good although I would have liked to have more warm vegetarian offers. The breakfast was outstanding, great wide choice of warm and cold dishes, salty food and sweet food. It is a buffet on the first floor with a wonderful view on the swimming pool and golf fields. A nice parking area partially covered is available for free right in front if the hotel entrance. The golf fields are also very nice and I was extremely happy with the 2 hours of class I booked since the teacher was very professional and friendly. In general the whole personnel was helpful, professional and genuinely nice. I will certainly be back!
