We brought two dogs and they were warmly welcomed. Host Nol goes out of her way to provide everything you need to enjoy yourself. The birding and river watching were great. Junction is a fine Hill Country town, worth a visit and South Llano River State Park is a jewel!
A friend and I stayed here while kayaking the South Llano. We camped on the river a couple nights and had reservations to stay with Nol for the other two nights. Although we were supposed to kayak past her place, seeing her property was a welcome site. We got out and asked Nol to take us down to our vehicle, which was 4 1/2 hours further, via kayak and she kindly agreed. This was a great relief to my aching but and my friends back. We were ready to get off the river and get a shower and good nights rest. We got a great nights rest; the beds are comfy and cabin well furnished. We have stayed here before and I am a little reserved about divulging what a great place this is; hopefully it doesn't get to popular and we can still get reservations. Anyway, Nol is a great host and you won't regret booking a cabin with her.

I LOVE Bon Ton Roulet. Besides the cleanliness and comfort of the cabins, Nol Dear makes you feel like family. The scenery is beautiful and only a few steps to the Llano River. Our entire stay was peaceful and the beds are extremely comfortable. We have stayed here twice and will always stay here if we are anywhere in this area.
