The staff was very responsive and it was clear that they were making every possible accommodation to keep guests safe. We have traveled during the past months and have seen diminished service due to COVID at other hotels. The Hilton added conveniences for its guests during this time and we appreciate the hospitality!! This hotel would be a top pick for us!!

Thanks to the hotel guest manager Abiy G for great hospitality in greeting, checking in and guiding about the hotel amenities! We were visiting Houston with family and kids for the first time and enjoyed the hospitality, room and the pool.

This hotel spent part of the downtime in 2020 upping their game.
Everything is fresh and so welcoming.
Staff is stellar as always.
They are not serving breakfast in the executive lounge- but they are giving breakfast voucher the Starbucks Cafe located right in their lobby.
Rooms are refreshed with every single thing you need including luscious new linens.

I must say it's rare to experience greatness during these challenging times. I expected a typical decent experience at the Hilton but not much more due to the pandemic. I was blown away at not only the sheer cleanliness of the property but the incredible performance of the entire staff.

Daniel at the front desk set the tone by explaining everything available and expressed a desire to let him know if I needed anything during my stay. He even checked in periodically to ensure I was happy. Kudos to Daniel. The staff at the bar was stellar as well.

The room was clean and very quiet with a view of the park. All I can say is stay here everytime you come through Houston. U know I will.

Wife and I took a short anniversary trip to Houston and stayed here. We had a high floor room lvl 20 so our room was newer from what I understand and very nice. As diamond club members there was no breakfast but was given a voucher for starbucks each morning, that is in hotel, that was probably better than breakfast anyway. Only downside and not hotel’s fault is so much is closed or closes early due to covid.
