Snuggles is my son's favorite stuffed animal, no more explanation needed. I forgot him in the room and realized it later that evening. Called lost and found, where they said they'd call me back that night (it was already late) and they did. No luck but the man who helped me was very nice.
I called back the next morning and talked to the housekeeping coordinator, Tasper. She kept following up with me Wednesday and Thursday and had the laundry crew look on the lookout for Snuggles. They actually found him a day after this started!

Everyone was authentically kind and exceptionally professional. So much caring over a lost stuffed animal. I'm not sure if you can teach these qualities but these are the sort of folks who should be teaching customer care.
I imagine that there must be some encouragement on the side of management to recruit, support and reward employees who are kind and professional. If so, it's working. Thank you so much to everyone who helped! More
