It's a worker name Gabby who Cares about guests having an excellent stay.We love her and thank her for a perfect stay. The hotel was very clean. It was quiet and relaxing. We chose to stay here due to it's security and nice look outside. Little did we know the inside was jus as perfect. We will request others to take a visit here. As well as we will be back for a nice time soon. Thank you extended stay for giving my family the best experience ever.

Loved our stay! Trista and Kim were excellent! The hotel was clean, and everyone was really helpful. When ever we needed service we were always taken care of, we would highly recommend this place to our family and friends.

I booked my stay using Priceline’s bargain deal. I should have just paid the extra money to stay somewhere nicer. The room was in need of a good scrubbing and the bathtub was filthy. I did a very quick wipe down in the tub and the towel ended up black and full of hair (picture included). I informed the person at the front desk about this and he thanked me for bringing it to his attention and then quickly dismissed my concerns. Their breakfast consists of granola bars and coffee.

The one positive I could find was that it was very quiet during my stay.

If you just need a place to crash that is inexpensive then this would probably be fine for you. Otherwise, I’d recommend checking out one of the other hotels in the area.

Thank you for being our guest. We sincerely apologize for the cleanliness issues you experienced, as well as the fact that we did not address these to your total satisfaction. We are working with our housekeeping department to make sure all procedures are being followed so this does not happen again. We sincerely hope you will give us another chance the next time your travels bring you back this way.

Sincerely,

The outside of the property smells horrible. The hotel allows pets and we passed several bins (attached to trees) for dog poop to be disposed. Im sure this is what we were smelling. It would be good if that area were located at the rear of the hotel and the bins emptied on a regular. The sofa bed was broken. It did come out but wouldn't go back in. The mattress looked as if someone had urinated on it multiple times and there was no linen for it. It was 2 of us traveling and we both needed to charge our phones while in bed. Unfortunately there was only one outlet next to the bed and it was occupied by the lamp and alarm clock. We had to walk across the room in order to charge our phones. No room cleaning each day, which sucked. We had to visit the front desk each time we needed new towels. Location of the hotel was beneficial to what we were in the area for. Otherwise, we won't be staying here again.

Through the night a roach crawled on my friends arm. When he turned on the lights there were 4 huge roaches on the wall. Also, another friend killed a roach in her bathroom. I booked four queen suites, but when we arrived we were given four doubles. Front Desk Clerk was rude when I tried to show him the print out for our reservation that stated queen suites.

Johnson, please accept our apologies regarding the negative experience you had during your stay at our hotel. We work hard to provide our guests with a pleasant experience, and obviously, we fell short of this. Thank you for bringing the in-suite unwanted guest situation to our attention. We have our pest control company scheduled to treat the room and the property today. We hope we will have another chance to show you our hospitality in the near future.

Sincerely,
Hotel Management
