Mike greeted us when we checked in. I asked him about nonfeather pillows & he said he’d check. We went to our room & realized I forgot to get an answer...next thing I know, there’s a knock on the door & someone delivering no feathered pillows. Taking safety measures
The Holiday Inn on the Beach 5000 Seawall did a fantastic job considering the weather circumstances. The Jetty restaurant with manager Vannesa and assistant Bonnie were outstanding and the B Jiggers bar with manager Thomas made sure everyone was properly served and cared for. The front desk and all other service personel went out of their way to see to it guests were well cared for and last but not least, The General manager Quinn attended to the needs of each and every guest to the utmost. Most ratings go from 1 to 10, if I could i would rate tha Holiday Inn and the personal a 15.

Rooms are clean and we have a small balcony facing the beach. Quiet except for a little noise from the road but not bad. We have a room with two queen beds and it’s tight. Bathroom is dinky. But has a fridge and microwave.

Nice customer service..young lady explain what was going on ..beautiful smile..room was nice gave us water bottle..bed comfortable nice view had live band nice music..no problem checking inn at all...

As soon as we walked in with 4 preteen girls we felt welcomed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. And this hotel is just steps away from the beach and a great restaurant right next door. The weather wasn't so good, so we spent alot of time at the hotel. That wasnt a problem though, my girls had a wonderful time.
Great hotel!! Very clean, good price and convenient to local attractions.

This was an amazing visit. Great service, great food, great music. The view from the room was fantastic! The only downside was the cold weather, lol. Will definitely be coming back during the warmer months!
