Excelent food and service, one of the best fish I've ever had! The weiter was really kind, complimentary and exquisit bread and lemon muffin for dessert.

I visited the Fish Market on a business trip. Just stumbled upon it, really. The swordfish was absolutely amazing. My colleague had the tuna and it was ok. This upscale restaurant is admittedly a bit out of my typical league but I did not feel uncomfortable there until the end. The waiter was a bit short with us as we asked questions about the desserts. All in all a favorable experience.

In town for a business meeting. Stopped into eat at the sushi bar. I started with a dirty martini which was average at best. I started with the fried artichokes which were ok. I then had spicy tuna and salmon nigiri. The sushi was excellent. Unfortunately the waiter stopped by a few times but never bothered to clear the dirty dishes. It appears that he was leaving it for the bus boy who eventually made it over.

Ate at the Dallas Fish Market on a Saturday evening around 5.30pm, so not busy. Enjoyed the complimentary champagne, amuse bouche and the poppy seed muffins as we did not have dessert. Waiter was extremely attentive. Clam chowder, and grilled Texas Redfish served in Japanese style on pak choi with shitake mushrooms ; both were excellent.

Not the cheapest of establishments in downtown Dallas but as an alternative to red meat well worth a visit...the Dallas Chop House is also marketed by the same company - DRG Concepts

The welcoming glass of fizz and amuse bouche were a nice touch.
The food itself was well presented but not over adventurous.
There was a some shell in one of the scallops- which were very large & slightly overcooked.
Cocktails were full of ice cubes & watery
Seasonal sorbet- a bit hit & miss on flavor. Didn't help to have them served half-melted.

I am sorry to hear about the scallops and the cocktails. I have passed your message on to the chef and restaurant manager, and we are working with our team to figure out what may have happened and will ensure it never happens again. Thank you for giving us this chance to improve, and we hope to see you back at Dallas Fish Market sometime soon!
