We stayed at Almira Hotel for five nights at the end of June 2017. First impression was that the hotel was looking good, right on a beautiful beach, check-in went very good. We had a room at last floor, with a great view and a big terrace. On the terrace we had a large Jacuzzi (for 8 persons). We stayed many times in rooms with Jacuzzi on balcony and every single time, Jacuzzi was full with 36 degrees water throughout the period of our stay and if we didn't use it the recommendation was to cover it. Here instead, we were supposed to announce the receptionist every time we want to use it the second day (they had to empty it and fill it again). That was quite uncomfortable.
The room and the terrace were not as clean as we would have liked. The hotel beach was not cleaned, so we preferred to stay at the beach bar that was just a few meters away, which was very clean and well-groomed.
Still, we had a nice stay, considering that there were some positive aspects, but this room is definitely not worth its price.
On the plus side, the staff is friendly, and the location, I must say it again, is set on a lovely sandy beach. The breakfast was good enough and around there are some taverns where you can eat sea food and fish.More
