The hotel is at a convenient location to nearby famous restaurants in Pigeon Forge. It has been easy driving from/to Knoxville, Gatlinburg, or the Smoky Mountains.
The first impression of the hotel was good. They have a large, newly renovated lobby. However, the interior upstairs was apparently outdated. The hallway looked old but still well-maintained. The guest room was worse. Cracks and peel-offs can be seen on walls and the furniture. The linens were not too clean but still acceptable. Besides, we noticed they did not carefully clean the guest room every day, at least during our stay.
The hotel is roughly 200 yards from the main road. Therefore, it was quiet despite the traffic. The complimentary breakfast reaches an average standard of similar hotels.More
