The office and grounds people are friendly and fun from check-in to leaving. This is my 3rd week long stay in last 2 months. All the buildings & grounds are maintained in excellent condition. When we left last week they were putting new picnic tables in all the sites, that has now been completed. They offer Good Sam & Military discounts ( I have never asked about others), they have an excellent website to make reservations which allows you to pick your own site. If you show up without reservations (as I did last night) there is a list of available sites to choose from posted on the office door with how long each is available; you just pick and park. Nice pool, play area, game room and clean shower house. Great choice for stay ...wait a minute maybe I shouldn't say nice stuff cause too many people might want to stay here making it hard for me to come back. It is convenient to Gatlinburg, Dollywood, Old Mill area, rides and shopping not only that a Trolley passes through the park. Wifi

A great RV park with probably the friendliest staff we have happened upon. They run a pretty tight ship, keeping everything neat and clean. The nicest and cleanest bath houses we have seen in a long time. What a treat to have entertainment in the evening, and I might add they were really a good band. Small mountain behind you and a beautiful river running down the front. Very close and convenient to attractions, grocery, pharmacies and restaurants. The one and only drawback we have is the spaces are small and a little too close to your neighbor, but other than that this is the place for us to return to.

Staying here with our 38 foot RV and four kids ages 12,11,9 and 6. The sites we think are actually quite big, even the river ones. We are staying at site 4. The pool and jump pillow are great. All of the staff are super friendly! We tubed on the river right from our site. Would highly recommend this for a family! It is nice and close to the action of the parkway and the trolley runs through the park.

Let me preface by saying the attendants who work their are helpful and friendly, no complaints there. The bathrooms and washroom is the nicest I have seen of any of the RV campgrounds I have been in. But my low rating is reflective of the small small parking for your RV. Granted this was Memorial day weekend when I visited so the campground was full, but even if it wasn't if you have people parking next to you it will always be crowded. This experience was less like a campground and more like a RV parking lot. In the middle of Pigeon Forge, and multiple hotels all around the campground so no scenic views.

This was our second time staying here. The campground is really nice and updated. The pool and bathhouse are very clean. My kids couldn't play on the jumping pillow because there was 20+ older kids acting crazy. We have young kids and they would of been hurt. We tried playing on the playground but older kids kept coming and running up the slides. Young kids on bikes everywhere when it was dark with no lights. We watched two almost get hit because a truck was pulling out and didn't see them. We stayed on the river the first time decided to stay in the back row this time. The spots are a little tight considering most people have campers with slides. Your neighbors water and sewer is literally next to the concrete where you sit and eat. People would walk their dogs behind the campers to let use the bathroom. A little disrespectful since people were hanging out there. They have a dog park, go there. I had booked a spot months before we showed up. When we went to check in we couldn't have the spot we booked because the people decided to stay longer. Not my problem why should we have to move to a new spot? You book site specific and then don't get that spot because the people that have been there decided to stay longer. The spot we ended up at was a little smaller then the one we wanted and booked. Wasn't happy about this but all other campgrounds were booked (we looked) so we had to suck it up. The office isn't open long enough, they were out of their by 5 or 6. It's a busy weekend, start of summer and plenty of people were coming in after they closed. I don't think we will return to this campground.
