Great place to stay. Very clean, great breakfasts every morning and snacks at night. Outdoor fire place, pool, and hot tub. The best are a little stiff but we highly recommend this hotel! You could see The Island from our room. Beautiful!

We come to the area once a year, and this year decided to stay at the Clarion. SO glad we did! It's the perfect place for us - perfect location, close to everything. We could walk to the Smoky Mountain Brewery, Kroger was just behind the hotel, very easy to get in and out of the hotel, and plenty of parking. Our room was actually slightly larger than most rooms at other places, with enough storage to put things away. Great hot breakfast with everything you could possibly want, and the fresh fruit cups were delicious! Nice to have real plates and silverware instead of plastic and styrofoam. Front desk staff were always friendly and helpful. There were several bus tour groups there when we were there, yet it was always very quiet. The only negative, and it really wasn't a big deal, is our room was not serviced until about 2pm. Usually we are back in the room to relax a bit by then, so we had to skip room servicing a couple of times. We've decided this is definitely our 'go to' place to stay when we're in the area!

This is by far the best hotel I have been to in pigeon forge/gatlinburg. It was cheaper and the cleanest hotel I have stayed in in the area. Had a very nice warm indoor pool and hot tub. The slide and lazy river was nice too, but cold since the outdoor water amenities are not heated. The breakfast was very good and had a variety of things to choose from! This is a smoke free facility so the only spot you could smoke at was the front pull up spot, and also a little gazebo off to the side of the hotel that's pretty much in the parking lot. So no smoking on balconys which kind of sucks if your a smoker! This hotel was so clean and affordable that I would definitely stay here again. This hotel doesn't have the best views of course but even though it's close to everything in pigeon forge it is quiet! Enjoyed my stay here!!!

We usually stay in a condo when we visit the Pigeon Forge area with family, but since this was just a quick one-day stop for the two of us, we used the recommendation of friends and booked a room here. The hotel was clean, the room was spacious, and the breakfast was superb. We were pleasantly surprised with the individual room balconies and all of the other amenities mentioned by other reviewers. The breakfast was indeed superb and if anyone went away hungry, it was their own fault! Made to order omelettes, individual fruit cups, plus Krispy Kreme donuts! Eggs, sausage links and patties, hash browns, biscuits and gravy, French toast, pastries, cold cereals, yogurt, juices, white and chocolate milk. They had it all! Great place to stay! If we return without the rest of our family, we will definitely be staying here again.

Where to begin? This was the best hotel that we stayed in during our entire 7 day vacation. Our room had a balcony that faced the road, but was quiet (Room 515). It had a small balcony that we could sit on. The linen was nice, the towels fluffy and the mattress very firm. There are two pools and hot tubs, one indoors and one outdoors. The room had a microwave, coffee maker and a refrigerator. In the evening they served cookies and popcorn and flavored waters. I saved the best for last. The Breakfast was amazing. They had an omelet station, bacon, sausage, fresh fruit cups, donuts, pastries and a hot chocolate maker. It is conveniently located to Dollywood and the Great Smoky Mountains. The staff was top notch-very personable and professional. We highly recommend this facility.

Room Tip: We stayed in Room 515-very quiet
