Owner description: Everyone knows the name Titanic! Everyone knows Titanic struck and iceberg! And everyone knows Titanic was lost! She sat at the bottom of the ocean for 75 years before they found her in 1985. A second expedition to the wreck site went out in 1986 and that expedition was co-led by the owner of this museum. The artifacts you see throughout the ship are REAL and valued at over $4 million dollars. You'll be able to touch a growing iceberg, experience the 28 degree water, try and steer the ship and pay tribute to the 2,208 passengers and crew that were on the Titanic. You will enter as a guest and leave as a Titanic Passenger!

I enjoyed it, but thought it was a bit pricey for the stacked in top of each other experience that we had. Supposed to be self guided, but other patrons no longer have common decency or politeness that I grew up with. This is not the attractions fault but it is their facility and their pricing. Good but not great for the price in my opinion.

Thank you for visiting our Titanic Museum. Our management really tries to control the amount of guests within the museum each hour. As a museum we bring in new exhibits each year. This year we have brought over from Iceland the World's Largest Titanic LEGO Ship - built by a 10-year-old with Autism. We are honored to display this masterpiece.

FYI, Titanic had four first class passengers born in Georgia.

It's our honor to share the Titanic story with our guests.
We value the time you spent with us.
Our Best,
Titanic Crew

The Titanic museum in Pigeon Forge seems pretty random, but then again so do most of the other attractions on the strip! You can’t miss the giant Titanic shaped building while driving down the road. Inside, there are some artifacts and lots of pictures and placards to read. The tour is self guided, but there are guides dressed in period clothing stationed in each room. The highlight of the visit was in the music room, where the guide played on the violin the last song that the Titanic musicians played before the ship went down. He also played the piano for us. We also enjoyed seeing the replica grand staircase. It was very interesting to feel how cold the air and water were that night. Would recommend for anyone who is interested in the Titanic.

I wasn't sure what I was getting into with this as it was an impulse visit. The self guided tour comes with audio devices like a phone that basically guides you through the museum. There are plenty of visuals and written blurbs throughout. Kids rushed us through a bit, so I didn't get to read as much as I'd like. Definitely a good place to check out during the regular afternoon showers.
