We stayed here for 7 days. First off the worst thing about this place is the internet. When the location was mostly empty I had very little access to the internet, The 3 days that there were many more people there I have excellent internet access. We called the office the night we got there about the access and was told to go to the front of the room where I might get access and then I'd be ok. What a poor excuse to get internet. Didn't work anyway. Called several other times and nothing was done at all. The heat in the room was wonderful if you slept in the first bed as you walked in the front door. If you sat at the small table by the door that goes to the balcony on the river it was terribly cold. No way to make the heat reach that area of the room to be comfortable. If you turned the heat up you cooked the person(s) in the first bed and maybe we were comfortable but not usually. Obviously not a new hotel and it really shows inside. Being on the river was nice. The bathroom set up isn't the best when you have 2 couples staying in the same room. Should of been a divider and the bathroom in between both beds with the door in the middle not on one side. Ice machine outside our door wasn't working. Had to go to the 4th floor to get ice. We called the office and they said they'd send someone to fix it and was never fixed the whole time we were there. 2 TV's in the room and the one as you come in the front door on the wall was so small you couldn't see it from sitting on the bed. No chair in that area to sit in. No dresser for anyone in that bed to put his/her clothes or hang anything up. Great price for what you get. Oh and it was out of town closer to the entrance to the Smoky's. Had to drive to everything we wanted to do. But if you aren't interested in using the internet it would be a find place for anyone.

Room Tip: If you want a very reasonable room this is the place but, otherwise no. Quiet room

My wife and I were here on 9/24/16 for three nights on our anniversary. This our favorite place to stay and we come two times a year. The staff are very friendly. Each room has a balcony on the river. They have made a great addition by adding rocking chairs on the balcony. We enjoyed many hours rocking and enjoying the view of the river and the ducks. This is close to our favorite restaurants, Dixie Stampede, and shopping. The rates are very reasonable and we love the layout of the rooms. We will be back in the spring!

Room Tip: All rooms have a balcony on the river. You cannot get a bad view.

The office staff were very nice. We asked for a quiet room and were granted a room at the end of the hall from the elevator and away from the ice machine, vending and elevator. The room was clean and the sheets definitely had been changed. The bathroom was located in the middle of the room and we slept in the bed on the side away from the road and near the river. The room was spacious and dark at night, although the bed near the door could be seen when walking by. Bring a chip bag clip to take care of this. My husband enjoyed his biscuits and gravy but the rest of breakfast was bagged donuts, freezer waffles and cereal. The hostess for breakfast was nice and obliging. We enjoyed and will probably go back because it is not very different from Best Western which was charged $50-$60 more per night.

Room Tip: end rooms away from elevator, vending and ice machine. No ice on 5th floor--not really a problem for us

Thank you for the review of your recent stay with us. I have a great staff here at the Creekstone Inn and I like to pass along comments such as yours. Our housekeepers work hard to give our guests a clean, comfortable room. We also have a new breakfast room planned which should be built by early spring and expand our breakfast selection, we hope you will be able to enjoy that on your next stay with us.

Sometimes the older Hotels at the cleanest. This Hotel is obviously not new. The Bathroom was small with the sink and mirror between 2 small rooms / sleeping areas. We had a Balcony overlooking the river. Read reviews before we arrived so we knew is was not a newer hotel. If you are looking for a newer 4 or 5 star hotel this is not going to please you. If you want a clean place to sleep then this is not a bad place at all. Price was good .

Thank you for your review. I'm glad you found your room clean and a good value, the staff works hard to provide a clean, comfortable stay for our guests. I always suggest looking at the Trip Advisor rankings, they may surprise some people, thanks.

It was clean but it needs to be updated. It is an economical way to stay. Desk personnel were very nice and friendly. We had a view of the creek which was nice. It was average and I guess I'm wanting more than average at this stage of my life.
