This was my first trip back to the Smokey Mountains in about 21 years. I hated that the fires displaced many of the families and businesses in the area. The culture at the Black Fox was awesome. Everyone that I came in contact with was always genuinely friendly and attentive. The rooms was very spacious and the amenities were plentiful. Sandra was always at the desk when ever I came by, she was accommodating and friendly. ( I joked about her living at the hotel, I hope that was not the case). The unique style was fitting for the area. The grounds were very well kept and the inside was always clean and fresh. To all of the staff that I didn't mention by name you were Stars as well. I hope to return in the near future. Thanks for an awesome stay.
