This hotel is close to all of the Nashville attractions. We had a car and took us about ten minutes to get to downtown, about 15 to get to Opry Land. No car, no problem - there is a shuttle that takes you to / from downtown that runs every 30 min. Free parking, free WIFI. Restaurants on premise. Comfortable beds and pillows. Also best water pressure I have ever had while traveling! Would definitely come back to this hotel.

The hotel is well maintained. We found the staff very nice and helpful with plenty of tips for things to do and see. They offered shuttle service to downtown with same place pick up. We ate several meals in Pralines and enjoyed them. The breakfast buffet offered plenty of options for everyone. The food was hot and the portions were quite generous. It was the hottest weekend of the year and the cold air conditioning was a welcome relief after being in the hot weather and pop up storms all weekend. The room was plenty large and the view from the 7th floor was always enjoyable. The beds were comfortable - no back pain when I woke up - and that was a very good thing.

Disappointed with this hotel. Not enough staff. No one had time to resolve issues. For example --Got up in the morning and found housekeeping hadn't restocked the coffee supplies so we called to ask for k-cups to be brought to our 8th floor room. Front desk said they had no one to bring them we could come get them ourselves. Other issues got the same lack of attention/care. Daily cleaning seemed fine but room needed updating. Bathroom door hinges were rusty, tile moldy, etc.
