Went to 3rd floor of Tootsies on Saturday night. Place was packed. Band was good but I found the crowd pushy. Not my kind of fun. We left and found other options on Broadway that I like much better. I suppose it's good to experience it once, but I won't be back.

Finally got into Tootsies! Very busy, crowded place. 3 floors of entertainment with live bands. Awesome atmosphere.

Sure it’s a landmark of this row so worth a pop in... but the bar/food service was horrible - took ages yet you could see waitress standing talking to bartender & eating. The specialty drinks come in tiny plastic cups and were less than tasty. The music on each level was different. We landed on top floor and felt the guy was so-so at best. The furnishings are tired & dirty.

So much history and great music. Bands were great, place looks like it could fall down but don’t let that stop you! Kid friendly early in afternoon.
