We wanted to stop in and visit since it's so legendary. Music on all three floors was great. That said, for as early in the night as it was, the crowds were overly inebriated, pushy, and just too jerky to make the evening any fun. There looked to be a lot of freshly minted legal drinkers which sucked the fun out of it for those who didn't want to be smacked/run into while enjoying the music.
We hung out on the third floor for a little bit, finished our drink ,and found somewhere more our style.
