Looked all over the internet for a cozy cottage in West Wales. Saw the reviews on Emery Cottage and wow! Lived up to all expectations. Exactly as described. Owner very helpful and the local pub The Farmers Arms well worth a visit> Thank you!!

“Great getaway”

“Lovely relaxing cottage”

Mathry is a lovely unspoilt village with a good pub and gorgeous views wherever you went. Emery Cottage was cute, a relaxing place to stay, and we especially loved the big bedroom, the King size very comfy bed and the ultimate luxury, feather pillows. A perfect base for anyone wanting to unwind in total peace and quiet, visit unspoilt villages and walk the coastal paths.

“Great place to stay for varied holiday”

Spent a week in Emery cottage and hoping we will return. Great value for money. The cottage is bigger than it looks from the outside and very comfortable. There are lovely views from the road outside the cottage and stunning views from 100 yards down the road towards Abercastle.There is so much to see and do for young and not-so-young. Convenient for coastal walks. 9 miles from Whitesands beach which is great for surfing/bodyboarding/reading! Strumble shuttle passes through Mathry and is convenient if you want to do non-circular coastal walks between St David's and Fishguard. It's an amazing coastline! The Farmers Arms pub is around the corner and is a friendly pub serving 'lush' food.

“Beautiful Cottage , Great Location”

Fantastic cottage for a relaxing break. I cannot recommend highly enough Emery cottage. The village is lovely and the surrounding coastline is a treat. This place is suited for long walks and lazy evenings.
