The house had everything you could need and everywhere was clean and tidy. The location was great and just a short walk to village shops and pubs. The best bit were the views across the bay, they didn’t disappoint.
You can't fault the location of this property, its close to the village centre with shops and pub and hotel restaurant. It has great views from all the bedrooms, from the lounge and from the conservatory and the outside space.
We were walking sections of the coastal path and although the local bus service isn't plentiful, as long as you down load the timetables and work out your route its easy to be able to get to start points walk back and get bus back to property. It certainly worked for us doing it that way. Make sure you allow yourself good time though some of the sections can be slow going and you certainly dont want to be needing a taxi as they are horrendously expensive at £3 a mile - yes thats right £3 a mile - price increased in May 2017 so several taxi firms told me. Fortunately we weren't stuck anywhere, we were after going to Valley 12 miles away to the Brasserie, with a £64 return taxi fair we opted for walking to the harbour Hotel instead - food was good as was the service.
stayed for week with children aged from 10mths to 15 years.we all had a great time location was perfect for the beach the kids enjoyed crabbing from the harbour. the house its self had everything we needed and the games room was a god send .its only a 5min walk to local pubs serving food and a local mini market .we hope to return in the near future.
