Fantastic cottage with all the requirements you will need for a family break.
In walking distance of all the towns attractions.
Well equipped kitchen large living room / dinning room, super master bedroom and a shower to die for.
Would go back again. Can't recommend this cottage enough.

Lovely cottage with children's books and toys put out for them. Love the eggs from the rescue battery hens. Everything on your doorstep. Lots to do. We will be back!

“Cosy Christmas at Hillcrest”

We opted for a self catering Christmas break in Beaumaris this year after a hotel stay last year, we loved the location with the beautiful coastal walks and the town with its friendly pubs and restaurants. I booked Hillcrest as it ticked lots of boxes in terms of its room requirements and vicinity to town the photographs although depicting all the different rooms at the accommodation do not really show how spacious it is for a two bed roomed holiday let, the lounge/dining area are very roomy and more then adequate for the two of us, the main bedroom was also very airy and again spacious how many times can I say spacious but the bathroom too! Kitchen is very well equipped and I'm sure had the weather been better we could have enjoyed the cute little garden. Pre booking contact with the agent and owner couldn't have been more helpful, the owner Wendy was so supportive during our stay in light of Beaumaris being cut off due to flooding on roads in and out of the town, Roger was very helpful when we tried to leave and had car problems thank you to both. In terms of our stay we had a fabulous days walking from Trearddur Bay on Christmas Eve and a lovely meal at the local indian restaurant, minutes down the road from Hillcrest. Christmas Day and Boxing Day were horrendous weather wise but we had to venture out to witness the drama of the sea and walk off our dinner but you see that Beaumaris was getting battered by the elements. It was so nice to return to light a wood burning fire and settle down like home. The community spirit in the town on Boxing Day was admirable to see as emergency services and locals tried to salvage businesses and the streets after the flooding. We had a reservation at Tredici for for the evening and they opened and we had the restaurant to ourselves. Our expectations for a December break were not to be walking or outdoors everyday but to relax unwind and recharge and our stay at Hillcrest helped us achieved our goal.

“Very comfortable cottage in convenient location”

The owner provided a lovely welcome package - bread, butter, jam, tea, cake, eggs. There were other items like kitchen roll and bin liners. Makes things a lot easier when you first get there.
There were also vases of fresh flowers which was a nice touch.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hillcrest. Everything we could possibly need for our short break was provided even to a bottle of wine in the welcome pack.
