“What A Gem!”
Reviewed 5 April 2017 for a stay in March 2017

We have had a truly perfect stay. Tree Tops is everything described in other reviews. Everything is to an exceptionally high standard- first class!Martin was especially helpful upon arrival and even had coffee and cake and milk available for us. Perfectly quiet but close to attractions and amenities, pub is a short stroll away and a touch is provided for later walks back down a quiet country lane. We were fortunate with weather and glorious sunsets.
Martin thank you again for a worderful stay- we are sure to be back again.

Regards
Maria and Mike

This review is a little delayed but I wanted to make sure I wrote about our lovely stay here. We booked a week away here for our 3rd anniversary and Tree Tops was everything we had hoped for in a little holiday cottage. Martin and Lynn made us feel very welcome and on arrival Martin greeted us and was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The views were fantastic and we loved sitting outside watching the birds and the squirrel. When returning from a walk or day out the cottage was always warm and cosy. It was immaculatly clean with lovely decor (the recliner sofa was fantastic as we had tired legs after lots of walking) We enjoyed cooking a few times in the well equipped kitchen. Throughout our stay we also enjoyed the dvds/maps/games/books provided.

Just one thing to mention, this is a small cosy cottage with steep stairs but my husband was 6ft 5 and had no problems. The bed was a good sized double and the shower had ample space and head space.

We really enjoy it when guests are staying here to celebrate something, in your case your wedding anniversary. We are so pleased Tree Tops did not disappoint and you had a stay that hopefully will be a nice memory for years to come. We are busy decorating and making a few changes at the moment to try and improve Tree Tops even more for this year is its tenth anniversary!

“Great to escape to”
Reviewed 1 December 2016 for a stay in November 2016

We stayed here for 2 Nights in November and really found it a great place to stay. We had a proper tour of the house and we were given lots of extra information on how everything worked. The whole place was really clean and tidy and we were at home straight away. In the house you have all the essentials you need to be self sufficient, just a trip to the shop for supplies is required. The location is excellent, on the side of a leafy hill you are not near any noise or traffic. From the balcony you can see the birds feeding in front of the house and on to the sea where we enjoyed some fantastic sun sets. From the house you are are 30-60 minutes from a huge range of sight seeing options so there is a lot to keep you busy. The house is also in 15 minutes walking distance to the village for locals pubs and food.

Really delighted you were able to get a good feel for the area in such a short time. Sunsets were special as December often brings with the low sun. Thank you and hope you find your way to Tree Tops again.

We had the most lovely stay at Treetops Cottage! Perfect getaway from work and a busy home life. Close to walks we had planned and a lovely village nearby to eat and have a wander round to relax. But mainly we stayed in the cottage in the evening as it was cosy and had great facilities to cook and a living room attached to chill out, with the balcony to look out at spectacular views! The bedroom and bathroom downstairs were so clean and comfortable. The garden is gorgeous and we will most certainly be planning to return in spring and summer to enjoy that more. Highly recommended accommodation for couples! Our photos don't do it justice. Martin and Lynne (the landlords) were very welcoming! Even had milk and Welsh cakes awaiting for us. Thank you!

We are so pleased you enjoyed the cottage and surroundings so much. We were particularly impressed with you scaling Cader Idris on your day of arrival and Rhinog Fawr the following day, in mixed weather in November! Well done, an inspiration to all walkers and climbers. Look forward to your return and wonder how many peaks you bag next time.

“Lovely little hideaway ”
Reviewed 2 October 2016 for a stay in September 2016

We stayed at Tree Tops in Sept for a week and received a warm welcome from Martin. The cottage was everything we'd hoped. Cosy, homely and well placed for exploring the area. Would thoroughly recommend.

That's all we ask; that the cottage is everything you hoped! We were impressed with your outings in pretty awful weather, including climbing the 'Big One'. Thank you for staying at Tree Tops.
