This is an exceptional site. We had the very Best of weather to complement the outstanding views. Even in June not over busy but what a place.

Grass pitches but doubt they get waterlogged.

Great owners both very helpful but they leave you alone. Facilities are rustic from the outside but outstanding on the inside. Clean.. regularly checked and spacious. Showers are unbeatable. Very impressive.

The location is high on the escarpment overlooking Harlech and the estuary.... scenic doesn't do it justice. And the sunsets are to die for. There is a magnificent viewing platform on site.

This is one of our favourite stops on our UK and Ireland tour... And we will definitely be back in the future.

Well my title sums this place up. This site is perched atop the hills overlooking Porthmadog, Snowdon and surrounding mountains. Bryn and Lizzie could not have been better hosts, friendly, laid back and made you feel welcome. The site is a working farm so you won't find entertainment or wild parties, this is not the site for you if that's your thing, especially as the nearest pub is a slightly interesting and narrow lane drive away. My highest recommendation for this site has to be the showers. Well thought out facilities that you can actually use, get dry and clothed in without trying to balance on one foot whilst hanging your dry clothes out the door to stop them getting soaked. This is a big plus in my world. Also not forgetting a power shower that will blow any sleeping head cobwebs away with plenty of hot water. So in short, will I return, definitely, first chance we get. Oh and dog friendly with lovely walks from the farm for your your legged friend. Thanks Bryn and Lizzie for a great start to our holiday.

The location is amazing high on the hills overlooking the beach with stunning views, basic, clean facilities (which is the way I like it), had everything we needed and more. Will definitely be back.

My only negative comment about this campsite is the road leading to it. It's extremely narrow and steep. However once you arrive it is so worth it! The stunning views over towards Portmeirion and surrounding areas are to be seen to be believed. The facilities were plentiful and in good order. The site is on a working farm and the owners were friendly welcoming and available. Am planning another visit in the very near future.

Our second visit to this lovely site on a hill farm above Harlech, the views are amazing, we also had some lovely sunsets, not sure about sun rise as its a bit early for me!

In Harlech you can buy a book Walks Around Harlech, many of which you can do from the site. It is a very peaceful site, lots of space, large pitches and different fields to choose from. Facilities are always cleaned and lovely new utility room much bigger than the old one.

My favourite day out this visit was, turning right out of the drive then 1st left by the big green bins, this lane takes you to Bychan lake and the Roman steps. The drive was very scenic, the lake and river worth a visit with children to play and picnic, I enjoyed the walk on the old drovers path which was made up of steps and rocks, in places the path was a water fall others a stream, it is worth walking the first section to see the little Troll bridge.
