Visited the store today. Coming from the UK I've never seen anything quite like it... science fiction meets the great outdoors. After purchasing some shirts and jeans we attempted to bok an Uber ride back to our hotel but were experiencing problems with tbe internet. A Customer service rep Fallene went more than the extra mile to help us. She really did tbe company she worked for proud

This place is not just a Bass Pro Shop, it is a destination that is totally unique. There is a huge aquarium, what is said to be the tallest free-standing elevator, an observation deck that is the best in Memphis, a guest lodge (hotel) a shooting range (gun and archery), restaurant, and an interactive wetlands education center. Absolutely amazing!

Wow,what a cool place. This outdoors shopping store is unlike any other I have ever seen. When you enter this giant pyramid, you first step through a lobby that looks like a turn of the century hunting lodge, complete with all sorts of stuffed animals . From there your in the bayou, think Disneylands Pirates coming area, but much bigger. Complete with live alligators, catfish. There's also a treehouse hotel, an undersea bowling alley, a restaurant, and a elevator that takes you to a top floor observation deck and bar, with great views of the Memphis and Mississippi river area. Not a bad way to spend a couple of air conditioned hours for free. The elevator is $10 though.

This is by far the best Bass Pro I’ve been in. It feels like you’ve stepped into the outdoors. I also think the trip to the top is worth the $10; the view is beautiful! I went during the early afternoon, and it wasn’t that crowded.

On a recent road trip with our grandchildren, 12 & 9, my wife suggested we stop at the pyramid for a break. it turned out to be a great stop.
I don't fish or hunt so I am not a regular customer, but the pyramid is very well done.
The elevator to the observation deck cost $10. If you go for dinner you get it refunded, but not during lunch. Lunch lasts until 5.
Views from the observation deck were great. We all loved it.
We ate lunch at the top also. The food was better than expected for a gimmicky restaurant. Club sandwiches and burgers were great.
Downstairs the aquariums, stuffed animals, and ATVs made for fun shopping.
