We stayed in this hotel for 1 night in a triple share room, which was a bit cramped.
The location was good - close to Beale St.
The hotel is well kept and clean.

We were part of a tour so didn't have much choice as to the location. It was not close to Graceland which was the main attraction that we wanted to see.

In summary a reasonable hotel for the price but perhaps next time we will stay at a hotel with bigger rooms.

Good hotel at a fair price. Rooms are on the small size, but for the two of us, just fine! Just a short walk to Beale Street. Every employee at this hotel were very friendly and helpful! Check in was quick. Breakfast was your typical hot/cold choices. Parking was easy.

We stayed here one night - the 4th of July. The hotel is well kept & clean. Our room was nice, the shower was kind of strange but still good.
The location is fantastic! Just a few blocks from Beale Street, right across from Mud Island.
All the gals we had contact with at the front desk were excellent, really really excellent. Friendly, helpful & fun to talk to.
Standard breakfast.
Overall - very pleased with our stay here.

Stayed here five nights in late June. Nice, well maintained hotel, located within walking distance from all top sights except Graceland and, perhaps, Stax (although I actually walked there myself, most people without car would probably prefer taking a taxi or bus).
Our room was quite and clean, and had a very nice view of the river (top floor). A bit on the small side, but big enough for two people. We booked early and got a very good price. I think the standard rates are a bit high, but then it's still less expensive than most downtown hotels.
Breakfast was OK, probably as good as it gets in a hotel that does not have an actual restaurant on site. Very nice waffles and a good selection of breakfast items in all. A little minus for all the plastic, styrofoam and packaging frenzy. But of course this hotel is not to blame for that.
Staff were wonderful. Fortunately we didn't experience any major issues during our stay, except for a key card not working, which this was resolved in less than 5 minutes. But a (natural) smile and a friendly word always means a lot when you come to a new city in another country. And we got this every time we passed the reception during our stay.
Would gladly stay here again if we ever return to Memphis (and we hope to).

Room Tip: Some high floor rooms have a nice view of the river

Nice location - parking too limited and expensive - beds are ok but had thick heavy blankets on - it's mid summer! Bathrooms are tiny - I've not used this brand before so maybe this is their standard? Usual collection of free breakfast items. You need to get a key from front desk to use the bathroom in the lobby; some quirky stuff about this place but ok for one night.

Thank you for your comments and review regarding your stay, we're sorry to hear we were not what you expected. The room layout and sizes are typical of the Sleep Inn brand. Our goal is to provide a comfortable environment with the best guest service. Our parking fee is considered to be the best value for downtown Memphis, as well as any other city you may travel to in the U.S.
We hope you enjoyed your time while here and hope to have another opportunity for you to stay with us again.
