During one of our Munro 'expeditions' my son and I spent 4 nights at Barn cottage. We couldn't have chosen better.

The cottage is immaculate, with everything you need after an active day outside - in our case several on wet and windy mountains. There is a heated porch (perfect for drying our walking paraphernalia), two bedrooms and upstairs a comfortable and well-equipped lounge/kitchen area.

Even better is the location. The cottage is in a quiet spot on the River Dochart and less than 100m from the beautiful Falls of Dochart - lovely in October and it must be wonderful in the summer. From this secluded site you are within a short walk of all of Killin's services including several restaurants, pubs/bars and a supermarket.

We will definitely be back!
