Well I’ll start with the pros
Pros - satisfactory rooms and a decent breakfast. There’s not much round here and it was a stop-off for the NC500.
Cons - the staff didn’t understand what you were saying and they hadn’t a clue was was on offer. We asked a few questions without succession and lastly I asked what the seasonal veg was and after a long pause he said er Lettuce and tomato! I asked what gin they had and neither of them knew what I was on about . I ordered the homemade pie and I’m not disputing the filling but the only pastry was one of these frozen pastry tops that you pop on top so that was disappointing.
