Spent 3 nights here recently and found that all the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Bits of the hotel are a little tired but sleep quality was good and food and service was very good.

Bar prices were a little high but did not detract from the experience. I'd happily revisit next time I am back.

Special mention to the duty manager, Christina Maciver, who was excellent.

Stayed here with work for 1 night. Can honestly say that the staff make the hotel a treat. The rooms are quite basic but pleasant. Big TV. The only real down side was the evening meal. From the receptionist to bar staff to waitress all suggested I have the carvery option instead of the normal menu. It was very bland and the roast beef was very tough and chewy. The soup however was superb.

Didn't eat breakfast so can't comment.

Wifi painfully slow.

£65 for the night including breakfast isn't bad.

Would stay again but would not go down the carvery option that's for sure.

As the title says, brilliant, one of my primary hotels to stay when visiting Stornoway, nice town to visit. Walking distance to local shops and 2 mins from the ferry and 5 mins from the airport. Friendly staff on hand to help. Carvery on everyday and the food is just great, lovely breakfast and plenty of coffee.

I've reviewed this hotel before so this review is not based on the last one. Check in was easy. Staff are really friendly and welcoming. Room was very comfortable and modern. Food is great value for money for hotel as prices are normally hiked up. It's placed in the heart of Stornoway so has easy access to everything. Breakfast was fab too. You will not go hungry here.

If I were to come with family is choose this hotel.
