Visited the other day with my 3 year old son and my friend. The softplay was busy but due to it being the Easter holidays this was expected.
Softplay was clean and lots to do, would say it was more suited to a toddler than a baby during busy periods. A young boy had a nosebleed and the staff were quick to clean the area.
The cafe has a good variety of food and drinks at a reasonable price. A good selection of cakes and hot drinks are available too.
Would visit again.
I visited juniper Jungle yesterday with my daughter (who is 2) and mum. It was very busy when we arrived and extremely noisy.
The staff working that day didn’t seem to be aware of the bigger kids running riot within the soft play area. This include bigger boys running up the slide, girls climbing up the side of the slide, throwing balls and toys up the slide, bigger boys swinging on rope and nearly knocking little kids down like skittles without any thought. The bigger kids in this area in my view were over the 10 year age limit and staff never seemed to take one bit of notice as to what was going on within the soft play and if the areas limited with a number of people at one time/age restricted was being adhered to.
My little daughter was frightened and very much put off by the very rowdy kids on the soft play and no wonder if you kept getting pushed out the way or knocked off your feet. The bigger girls and boys also pushed their way up the steps to the top levels without any consideration for others. In my opinion, they completely took over each area.
Your web site promotes the soft play to be a premier soft play for babies, toddles and pre-school children.. certainly not.. This was our first visit and will certainly be the last.
