This is our second visit to this pub/restaurant and both times the food has been excellent. Friendly waitresses and locals. Worth a visit when in the area.

What a lovely little bar, it wasn't busy when we visited for dinner which was great. Had a lovely fire burning away which made it so cosy. The staff were brilliant and the menu was great. All our food choices were lovley.

We stopped by on our way to look at the Summer Isles. The bar is quite dark (not sure why they want it so dark), but the service was friendly. Our food was excellent.

Nice place with friendly staff but the steak pie was not the best and veggies were still raw. Not dog friendly so she had to stay outside.

Had a meal here last week and can't recommend it enough we both had the chicken and mushroom pie and it was exceptionally good, large portions with lovely chips and fresh vegetables. The pub is very deceptive looks like a small bungalow but is cosy and kind of rustic inside with candle lit tables, very well kept and just lovely. Our waitress was a lovely girl , so friendly. We stayed on the amazingly located campsite opposite and lived that also. Will definitely return.
