Coastal Haven is a lovely apartment with everything you could possibly need. It is beautifully decorated and all the rooms are spacious. Jane and Alan have thought of everything and their personal touches really make this a wonderful place to stay. We travelled with two small children and they were so helpful providing a highchair, stargazes and even a baby bath. This made our trip so much easier. A great place to stay!
From the very first contact, it is obvious that the hosts have thought of everything possible to make their guests' stay easy, welcoming, luxurious and comfortable . The fact that they genuinely care is obvious in the fact that every single detail has been taken care of, the furnishings are both luxurious and exceptionally comfortable, the whole house is pristine, and small personal touches ensure that you feel welcomed and at home.
The village itself is one of the prettiest in Scotland, with its gorgeous and dramatic backdrop of waves crashing to the sea wall just 3 minutes walk from the house. Its easy to see why they filmed a lot of the Outlander series nearby. Part of the 100 mile plus Fife coastal path borders the village, making it perfect for those who love walking, and the breathtaking scenery mellows to pretty cafes and galleries, welcoming pubs, it is all too tempting! A short drive away from St. Andrews, and also the world famous Peat Inn for foodies, its possible they may have to evict us. All this and dog friendly into the bargain. Definitely the yardstick I will now measure everything else against!
Another wonderful stay at Coastal Haven!
Fantastic accommodation, fabulous communication from the owners. The house is extremely clean with everything you could possible look for in a holiday home.
Pet friendly too! Our little pooch was able to join in the holiday fun.
Thanks for the welcome basket which also included a treat for Barney our dog.
The house is in a great location with lots to do in the surrounding area.
We will most certainly be back again.
Highly recommended - 5 Star Accommodation
Myself and some of my family were lucky enough to stay in this lovely house in November 2017. The spacious, pristine and beautifully decorated house has every single amenity that anyone on holiday could wish for, including all kitchen bits and bobs like tin foil etc which you would be likely to forget to buy for a holiday, I was really impressed by the fact that everything you could need for comfortable living is there. Also the downstairs games room is perfect for kids and adults if the weather was unkind. We were so lucky with the weather in November, it was amazing and Crail and surrounding area has plenty to see and do and is a perfect place to relax. Loved it and would definitely book again.
top class rental holiday home, well looked after by the owners, a wee food parcel left for kids and dogs. Immaculate inside and everything needed for a family. couldn't have been happier.
