“Gorgeous cosy cottage”
Reviewed 4 April 2017 for a stay in April 2017

We stayed here in April 2017, just the two of us and our dog. A wonderful cosy cottage, tastefully furnished, a real home from home and very clean. Kitchen and bathroom are brand new and very well appointed. Pretty, sunny south-facing garden, nice and private and garden furniture, just perfect. Loders is a lovely quaint village in the bottom of a valley with beautiful views and lots of great walks on the doorstep. Very quiet area with a good pub just 100 yards away and 10 minutes by car to Bridport and West Bay. We cannot recommend this highly enough and have really enjoyed our stay.

Stayed with husband and adult son. Lovely cottage, tranquil garden with lovely views. We thoroughly enjoyed our few days stay. Good communication with owners and a much enjoyed bottle of presecco on our arrival. Good food and friendly welcome at local pub. Would highly recommend.

Liked best: Comfy beds
Liked least: The front door being right on the road. Although it wasn't a problem for us, it maybe for families with younger mobile children.

“Excellent ”
Reviewed 11 July 2016 for a stay in July 2016

This is a very clean and beautifully presented cottage with a lovely garden in a small Dorset village. Very well equipped with all you need. I loved the very stylish bathroom and the very comfy lounge. Lots to do close by. We enjoyed coastal walks with our dog, relaxing in the garden, morning coffee and watching the world go by in Bridport. We visited the Donkey Sanctuary, Chesil Beach and Lyme Regis all less than an hour away. The Loders Arms in Loders village is friendly and welcoming with good food. We haven't stayed in Dorset before but we loved the rolling green hills, beautiful coast and thatched cottages. We would love to return to Dormouse Cottage.

Very well-equipped, stylishly furnished cottage with comfortable sofas and beds and a fantastic bathroom. Spotlessly clean. Very dog friendly, with spare leads, towels and bowls and even a pack of treats along with a bottle of prosecco and biscuits as a welcoming gift. Lovely peaceful garden with great views. The owner, Paul, is very responsive to queries.
It's a beautiful area and within easy reach of Burton Bradstock beach (fabulous beach cafe) and West Bay.

“Wonderful cozy cottage”
Reviewed 10 April 2016 for a stay in April 2016

We found this cottage very clean with excellent attention to detail. After arriving we found the welcome treat for us and the dog a thoughtful surprise. The garden was wonderful with amazing view and very sunny and relaxing to sit in when back from a busy day. The location was good to discover the beautiful coastline of west Dorset.
