“Great Place”
Reviewed 10 June 2015 for a stay in July 2014

On arriving to this lovely quiet place in peaceful surroundings looking out on to fields. Welcomed with scones, cream and jam. My son and daughter stayed in the shepherds hut and I myself could not believe how compact the Railway carriage was everything in side that you could want. visited the lovely secluded beach Burton of Bradstock, car park free for National Trust members, swimming was a delight water was calm . The beach is never crowded as it is so big. Bridport is close to the Camping Coach and has all the shops that one needs. I would definitely recommend to stay here and hopefully come back soon.

“Wonderful brief stay during a stressful time for us.”
Reviewed 10 June 2015 for a stay in August 2014

Visited with our grandchildren (aged 7 & 10) for a brief stay that was punctuated by our friends funeral. Marion was very helpful in sorting out our problems even though she was away herself. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the peace and quiet and the amazing sunsets. We did suggest the provision of a barbie would be useful but apart from that everything was there as needed. We would love to return for longer, fingers crossed.

“Unique peaceful weekend getaway”
Reviewed 10 June 2015 for a stay in November 2014

Stayed here for my birthday in November. Marion and her family were very welcoming. The carriage is beautiful and has all the amenities you could want.
Whilst being full of character it also had mod-cons like heating, kitchen, shower, toilet, and the best of all a log burner. We walked into the village of beaminster one night across the fields, the village had a few good pubs, restaurants, cafe, and shops.
We would definitely stay here again for a peaceful getaway and watch the sunset from the Shepards hut. All in all a perfect weekend I would recommend to everyone!!

Thanks zoe&neal
