Enjoyed a lovely prawn salad. I’m always a little dubious about ordering salads but this one was substantial and had a great variety of components. Grapes, celery, tomatoes, crisps, delicious home made coleslaw and a potato salad with the fresh tasting prawns.
Friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere, a great place to visit or take your family.

On a flying visit to Exmouth last week, we stumbled across The Tea Cosy. The staff were very polite and courteous. We ordered the High Tea, which was well priced and very filling. As well as present with class. A very relaxed atmosphere, with fresh home made sandwiches and cakes, which were light and fluffy. Also The whole tea room, kitchen and toilets were very clean. A great little find.

Headed here for lunch with family , very good home cooked food , reasonable prices , semi quick service and nice atmosphere ! Only downside when you go to pay with a card they then tell you we don't accept cards ! Your then fumbling for money to pay your bill ! Its the norm if you don't accept cards that's fine but clearly advertise it in the window , on the door ,on the table that would help the customer a great deal ! Will be back with enough cash time next time.
