Seabird cottage is ideally located for enjoying the sights of Brixham and the surrounding area. Located a very short walk away from the harbour it is a lovely holiday home with all the facilities you would require for a short stay. Would recommend to friends.

A lovely, cosy Fisherman's cottage in an ideal location just a short walk down in the beautiful fishing harbour. The cottage was clean, well equipped and with plenty of hot water. There is a fantastic pub - The Manor Inn - just a few doors away so, if you don't want to walk into town, then a visit to the Manor is a must.

“Lovely cottage perfect for us not suitable very young children or infirm”
Reviewed 17 November 2016 for a stay in June 2016

Brixham is a lovely place to stay good restaurants with lots to do do in the area. The Fishermans cottage was had everything we needed it's a shame the pub a few doors along was not open it was being renovated at the time. Maybe not suitable for very young children or elderly people as the stairs very steep.

Thankyou for your review, I do agree with you regarding the stairs but this is part of the quirkiness of these old fishermans cottages.
The pub is now open and well worth a visit.

Cosy cottage within a few minutes walk to the harbour.

Scary stairs though, especially the large step down from the twin bedroom. Appreciate there is a warning about the stairs but we didn't quite expect that, very unique! The bathroom is a door from the kitchen, also very unique!

However, it is a lovely traditional cottage with modern touches, very well looked after with all the amenities you would expect.

We enjoyed our stay in Brixham and would love to stay at Seabird Cottage again.

Thankyou for your review, totally agree with the stairs but that's the quirkiness of these small fishermans cottages. Glad you enjoyed your stay.

“Highly recommended”

This was our second visit, the first being summer last year. Once again, thoroughly enjoyable. Some tasteful refurbishment work has been done since last year.
