Although this hotel is not situated in the best location for a 5 star rating its staff
more then make up for this. The room was quite small but beautifully clean and comfortable. The Spa offered wonderful treatments at reasonable prices. l had a Sea salt glow body rub finished with oils , it was fantastic leaving my skin so soft.
Already planning another trip. Only thing l would say is, we hired car from airport arriving in the evening , but there was no where to park so we had to drive around for quite awhile looking for safe place to park a hire car with a 1000excess which was both tiring and frustrating, a five star hotel should have better parking arrangements for guests arriving late in the day.

Room tip: Not sure if you can choose room

Very dissapointing not a 5 star hotel can only assume is rated so because of the Michelin star restaurant. Staff very casual and not very attentive, didn't have our booking on arrival even though was paid for up front and booked via BA hols, had to wait hours for a room while they sorted it out made an excuse that surname was spelt wrong and that another agent had booked it not BA which felt was just an excuse to cover up the fact that booking had not been registered, particularly as we had paid up front in full, booked as full breakfast included it was only continental breakfast with cooked breakfast at supplement. The pillows and bed linen were stained, sink blocked in bathroom, noisy room overlooking the main road. Charged for bringing tap water to room when bottles in fridge empty. Pre-authorisation payment held on credit card at checking in was a whopping £280!!. Not really a luxury hotel as promoted, have stayed in a good many 5 star hotels around the world this was not one of them. Spa was good but expensive, best service was at the Bohemia bar.

I recently took my daughter to jersey for her 21st birthday and spent three nights staying at
the club spa hotel.
The staff were very friendly , and there where always plenty of them around.
The room and bathroom were OK, clean , and quite , with air conditioning.
But that's about it really, it lacked any sort of wow.

This hotel was a very good find , it is small ,very friendly and welcoming . The staff were excellent , the rooms maintained to a high standard and serviced twice a day .
The outside pool was smaller than we expected , but very private and a real sun trap .
Buffet breakfast was included and was more than sufficient with a good selection of options .
Spa treatments were very good .
Location is good , about a 10 minute walk to the beach .

We had a very short stay at the property. The rooms were decent but the sinks in the bathrooms were made for infants and people who are about 4 ft (122 cms) tall.

Asked for a salad from room service at 10 PM but they said they can only give me a sandwich. There was a side of salad but they refused to accommodate and give us a basic mixed salad.

Furthermore, I requested for an iron and lo and behold - they gave me a toy size iron which barely heated up.

The check out staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. Disappointing.
