Although our first room allocated to us not acceptable as there Wasn't any lift and had to clime 47 stairs . The manager soon sorted us another room on the opposite side of the hotel which had a lift. The level of service is excellant, all the staff very pleasant and friendly. Food is first class.

Room Tip: Side of hotel with the lift.

I loved Jersey - it is a beautiful island, and full of history. There are fabulous beaches all round, and lovely, picturesque little villages. I particularly liked St Brelade. The staff at the hotel were great , and the food excellent. My only issue was that my room was at the front, and the traffic noise was pretty bad, as Norfolk Lodge is on a busy, main road.

Just got back from this hotel. It's spotless n friendly with lovely staff, food was really good, with a different menu every evening, lots to choose from for breakfast, maybe needs up dating but that's it's only fault, missing the overgrown leprechaun ( Alan ) already, we will return no problem

Room Tip: There are stairs if only a few to the first floor

Stopped at the Norfolk Lodge hotel for a week between 9th and 16th June. Had a great stay, room was excellent and spacious and was cleaned every day, tea and coffee making facilities kept well stocked up. The reception staff were excellent and very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The meals were very good at the hotel with a great choice and more than generous portions. We were very well looked after by the bar staff, special mention to Alan, Teodor and Kostadin. The location is very good, only a 10 minute walk into St. Helier. So many THANKS to all the staff for a smashing week. THANK YOU.

The good - staff work hard to please, rooms are kept clean and tidy. The bad - food is the same for breakfast, music terrible, evening meal boring ( went to town ). The ugly - old rooms therefore all sounds from snorting to activities in other rooms can be heard ( take ear plugs ). Overall good saga holiday

Dear oldgrumppy7

Thank you for your good comments on our staff and housekeeping.

Our breakfasts are popular, as reviewed on this site, with a large selection of hot and cold breakfast buffet items, Both English and Continental breakfast being on offer.

We have a table d'hote dinner menu which changes daily with a good range of dishes and a comprehensive all day Bar Menu, also being available each evening, as an additional dining option.

We are an AA three Star hotel and have been inspected in recent weeks, with the Norfolk Lodge again judged to sit very comfortably within its grading in all areas.
