The history of the building is enough to make you want to book if you're visiting Jersey. You can tell that it's historical past is very important as the quality of the hotel is felt in every interaction. We stayed in an executive room which was at the back of the building. The massive positive of this? It was always quiet!
The hotel itself is perfectly located for a stroll to the beach, a quiet relax on the marina and also the tourist must-sees including the Maritime Mueseum, Elizabeth Castle ferry, the shopping area and you can see the bus station from the hotel front.
We had breakfast at the hotel every day (delicious and plentiful) and although tempted to try the room service and hotel restaurants, there are so many in the close vicinity we certainly wished we had stayed longer.
The hotel is a short drive from the airport and, as with every interaction we had in Jersey, the staff are incredibly polite, attentive and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.More
