We tried this restaurant on a recent visit to Johnson City and loved it! The atmosphere is casual but interesting as it adjoins the Yee Haw brewery in what appears to be an old building near the former train station. The menu changes, with a few favorites, such as the buffalo chicken taco and the Bangkok shrimp taco that seem to stay on the menu all the time. I had the Bangkok shrimp, which was outstanding! A combination of tangy, spicy, crunchy and sweet. I also had the General Tso’s taco, which was a special that day. Three people at our table ordered it and loved it. It soon sold out and was removed from the menu board, and it was only 1:00 pm. Others at our table also enjoyed the buffalo chicken taco. Everything was fresh and delicious and the service was lightening fast. You place your order at a counter and the food is served to your table. All of the tacos sound amazing and you will wish you could eat more! I also enjoyed a side of watermelon chunks with fresh mint. We ordered the macaroon pie desert, but it was not a hit at our table. It is served in a small ramekin and is more like a coconut caramel pudding. Very thick with lots of coconut. Who cares? Everything else was so wonderful that we all left happy.
