This lake has many fond family memories as my grandfather used to own a cabin in one of the coves before he passed. I remember as a child when they drained the lake and you could see the remains of home sites from long ago. The lake itself is beautiful being a man-made lake in the mountains. The views are so serene. It's great for kayaking, skiing, fishing....anything you enjoy doing at other lakes.

Beautiful Lake!! Make sure you go to the dam. Great views and very peaceful on a nice sunny, warm day!

I drive past the lake every day. It is only a few miles from the house. Great for sail boats and fishing.

Spent a lovely day here with new kayaks and kids (actually, i've had the kids for a while but the kayaks were new). Super easy access and a great, peaceful place to learn to paddle without wakes. Swimming was also pleasant. Only complaint...a fair amount of trash (cups, bottles) spoiled the natural beauty.
