This was our first time trying something like this. You get a lot of food, but it's spread out during the main show so you don't realize how much you get (vegetable soup, half a chicken, barbeque, corn on the cob, half a baked potato, and apple turnover).

The pre show in the galley starts at the ticketed time. To get a seat up front close to the stage, get there early. The preshow is some singing and small set of acts from the main show.

The main show consists of a love story, pirate's greed, singing, dancing, animal competitions, mermaids, skeletons, ghosts, and crowd cheering. Live birds, ducks, docks, and sea lions are involved. One part of the show uses black lights for a glowing effect and can be scary for little kids.

Our young kids loved it and warmed up to the event as it progressed. I split my food with my lap child (kid under the age of ticketing ages) and we had plenty to eat. They give you a doggie back to take leftovers home. The leftover chicken and corn was just as good warmed over.

The show was great and the food was very good. I recommend getting there early for the pre-show because it was a fun time as well.

We went to the show and really had a great time. My granddaughter joined the crew and for $20 was made up like a mermaid. Dinner was a half a chicken and pulled pork.
The aerial acts were fabulous. Nice change from Medieval Times.
