We booked a 2-night stay through Hilton Grand Vacations and were told we would be staying at Ocean Oaks Resort. They got us to travel there under false pretenses. We did not realize the address on our confirmation was different and not on the beach until we arrived. Stayed in the room just long enough to make phone calls to Hilton and complained. Since they would not move us to the Ocean Oaks Resort we checked out and found a more pleasant beach front resort to stay for the weekend.
The Grand Hilton Head Inn had nothing grand about it. It is seedy and the views are depressing. There are no resort amenities whatsoever.More
