Great stay. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and roomy. We enjoy the pool area. We recommend this hotel if you are traveling and need a nice place to stay in Columbia South Carolina. There is a fantastic Mexican restaurant not far from the hotel that I recommend if you enjoy some good Mexican food.
We had to request daily hand towels and then go to lobby to pickup. The room had a.musty smell because air conditioner was turn off. The breakfast was cold and tasteless... Also, very limited selection of food. The staff on first night was friendly and welcoming but the evening staff was too busy watching her cellphone to even give a simple greeting.
Very nice hotel and great value. Staff were super friendly. Will definitely be back! Clean rooms and awesome service. In town for a conference at a nearby hotel, we have stayed there before, this hotel definitely a better value. Thank you for a great experience.
We had a reservation issue at check in, we needed an ADA room. We were told that none was available. (Not acceptable) In great appreciation: The manager went to extra effort to correct this problem without putting any other patron out. Thank you very much.
Overall decent room except it was hot in the room and the waffles at breakfast were terrible. Batter was too runny and didn't cook properly.
